Red Eye Events, renowned for curating exclusive experiences, and Rare Restaurant Group, synonymous with premium dining, proudly unveil our collaboration to bring hospitality at the 2024 Monaco Grand Prix to unprecedented heights. This partnership will see Rare Restaurant Group's esteemed M and Gaucho brands providing high-end catering at all of Red Eye Events' Harbour Club hospitality venues throughout the Grand Prix weekend.

Monaco Grand Prix Hospitality

The M and Gaucho brands are synonymous with exquisite cuisine and have a longstanding reputation for delivering unparalleled dining experiences at the world's most prestigious events. With the grill as the centrepiece of their offerings, guests can expect a culinary journey like no other.

Head Chef Mike Reid, a rising star with an illustrious background, spearheads the gastronomic vision behind M and Gaucho. With experience garnered from Michelin-starred establishments such as Le Gavroche and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Chef Reid's expertise is unparalleled. His mastery in working with premium cuts like Kobe, Wagyu, and rare-breed beef ensures that guests will indulge in culinary delights of the highest caliber. In recent years he has become a TV personality, appearing regularly on Sunday Brunch, Saturday Kitchen, Great British Menu and Netflix smash hit, Five Star Chef.

Commenting on the collaboration, Red Eye Events Managing Director Nigel Essam expressed his excitement, stating, "We are thrilled to bring the distinctive flavours of M and Gaucho to the discerning guests of the Monaco Grand Prix. Our goal is to exceed expectations and deliver an unforgettable experience reflective of the glamour and excitement of this iconic event."

However, delivering such a luxurious culinary experience at the Monaco Grand Prix presents logistical challenges. Transporting gourmet cuisine and staff across the principality, even when the streets are shut down for the race, requires meticulous planning and execution. Yet, with 19 years’ experience of providing Monaco Grand Prix hospitality on exclusive terraces and super yachts, Red Eye have the knowledge and expertise to overcome these challenges & ensure that their guests will receive nothing short of excellence.

The 2024 Monaco Grand Prix promises to be an unparalleled fusion of luxury, speed, and gastronomy, and Red Eye Events and Rare Restaurant Group are poised to set new standards in hospitality.
