Canadian Grand Prix Packages

Few places embrace their Grand Prix as enthusiastically as Montreal. The city grinds to a halt over the race weekend as fans from around the world descend on Quebec for a non-stop party.

Formula One fever - street parties, driver appearances and F1 exhibitions - is focused in one area of town: Rue Ste Catherine. Rue Ste Catherine is the focal point at which race fans can meet. But there is plenty to see and do elsewhere because Montreal seamlessly mixes the old with the new.

In 2019 Montreal hosted the Canadian Grand Prix for the 50th time at the Circuit Gilles Vileneuve.

The race was controversially won by Lewis Hamilton, after Sebastian Vettel received a 5 second penalty. The German driver was first to pass the chequered flag but was unable to get the 5 second gap he needed. His Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc came in third place to make up the podium.
